Dr Stephen
Business · Economics · English · Maths — I/GCSE, A-Level, IB
A result-focused and people-oriented tutor with a Doctorate in Business Administration and extensive experience in I/GCSE, A-Level and IB business, economics, English and maths.
Prior to his teaching career, he led a wide array of business operations, formulating macro-level strategies and directing major developmental projects across importing, trading and manufacturing industries. He believes it is important to understand each student's 'end-goal' and develop clear, realistic objectives throughout their learning experience.
Dr Helen
Biology — GCSE, A-Level, IB
Graduated from the University of East London with a PhD from Oxford Brookes University, followed by post-doctorate training in brain research in the USA. She lectured at a medical university in Malaysia for 5 years and at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology for 10 years.
She has written two books on Plant and Human Biology and has plenty of experience teaching GCSE, A-Level and IB Biology.
Dr Aleena
Biology · Chemistry — GCSE, IGCSE, WJEC, IB
Awarded the UN HeForShe IMPACT Champion Scholarship for her Bachelor of Biomedical Sciences at the University of Hong Kong, followed by a PhD in Biomedical Sciences at the Chinese University of Hong Kong. She is currently a postdoctoral researcher.
Her teaching is interactive and student-focused: an engaging, supportive environment where students build confidence, critical thinking and a genuine interest in science through real-life examples and structured practice.
Mr Neil
English & English Literature — HKDSE, GCSE, iGCSE, IB, A-Level
A registered teacher in both Hong Kong and the UK with nearly 28 years of experience teaching literature and language in top-level schools in both places.
100% pass record including the very highest grades in public exams; extensive experience supporting university applications for HK, the UK, the USA, Canada and Australia. Former students have gone on to Oxford, Cambridge, Stanford and Harvard.
Mr Michael
Mathematics & Further Maths — iGCSE, GCSE, A-Level
Teaching for over fourteen years, he was awarded the IMA prize at Cardiff University for the highest-scoring degree average of his year, later completing an MSc in mathematics and PhD research in computational mathematics.
He currently works at one of the top-performing independent schools in the UK, has examined for several exam boards, and supports university admissions tests including TMUA & MAT.
Mr Connor
Physics — GCSE, A-Level
A Durham University physics masters graduate specialising in theoretical and condensed matter physics, with a dissertation on phase transitions in the early universe.
He follows a pragmatic approach, learning the needs of individual students and demonstrating techniques from higher levels where it aids a more rounded learning experience.
Mr Seth
Medical School Admissions — UCAT, BMAT, Interviews
Currently studying Medicine at the University of Oxford with a BA in Medical Sciences, and undertaking a Master's at Imperial College London in Health Data Analytics and Machine Learning.
Many years of tutoring experience for GCSE, IGCSE and A-Levels, and has helped many students through UCAS, personal statements, interviews, UKCAT and BMAT into top UK medical schools.

Computer Science · Maths · Physics — University, IB, GCSE, A-Level
Graduated from HKU with a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science on the Dean's Honour List, having earned a 100% entrance scholarship for his exceptional GCSE (7A*, 1A) and A-Level (4A*) results. He is also a software developer at a Fortune 500 firm.

Mr Sunny
Mathematics · Sciences — IGCSE, IB
An HKU Actuarial Science honours graduate who achieved 41/45 in the IB diploma, earning the Chairman's Award for academic excellence, plus all A* and A grades at IGCSE (6A*, 3A).
He has passed all preliminary exams from the Society of Actuaries (ASA credential) and holds multiple gold awards from mathematical competitions including UKMT.
Ms Sam
English · Social Studies · AP English · Economics
Holds a Bachelor of Social Science in English and Media, a PGCE, and a master's in psychology with a concentration in Applied Behavioral Analysis. She has taught in South Africa, Bahrain and Beijing.
She has supported hundreds of students into top universities including McGill, Boston College, UCL, University of Washington, Trinity College and Yonsei University.
Ms Elena
English · AP Chinese · Mandarin (CSL)
Holds a Master of Arts in Applied Linguistics (specialising in Machine Learning and Semantic Disambiguation) and a Master of Science in Psychology. She taught at college level for three years and at an international school in Beijing for five.
Devoted to education for nine years, she has also served as a Student Affairs Director responsible for student leadership training and counselling. Her students have been enrolled into prestigious universities worldwide.
Mr Jacques
Music · Composition · Music Theory
An award-winning composer, organist and pianist — currently Director of Music at St. Margaret's Catholic Church in London. He read Music at the University of Oxford and gained a master's in composition from the Royal College of Music with Distinction.
He has worked with the Oxford Symphony Orchestra, the Explore Ensemble and the Castalian String Quartet; his composition Elegy won the RCM Large Ensemble Competition in 2024.
Ms Zi
Maths & Sciences — GCSE, A-Level
A medical student at the University of Cambridge with an intercalated BA in psychology. She achieved 11A* at GCSE — including full marks in GCSE maths — and 4A* in Biology, Chemistry, Maths and Physics.
She offers a personalised tutoring approach, tailoring lesson style to each student's needs and making every lesson as interactive as possible.

Engineering · Maths · Physics · ESAT — Oxbridge Admissions
Graduated with a First Class degree in Engineering from Trinity Hall, Cambridge, followed by a Master's specialising in Manufacturing. He is now a PhD candidate at Cambridge's Institute for Manufacturing.
He has extensive knowledge of the UK university admissions process, supporting applicants through mock interviews and admissions tests, and has led small-group supervisions for Cambridge undergraduates.
Miss Harman
Mathematics — GCSE (WJEC), Numeracy, Additional Maths
Graduated with a first class BSc Honours in Mathematics, finishing top of her cohort, then completed her PGCE in Secondary Mathematics with Distinction. She is going into her 5th year of teaching.
She believes every pupil is capable of doing well in Mathematics with the right support and sufficient practice.

Currently studying Philosophy, Politics and Economics at Durham University; previously an Academic Scholar at Cheltenham Ladies' College with first-hand knowledge of the entrance examination process.
She has helped many students through the UK university admissions process and aspires to work for the United Nations.

Over three years teaching English in local and international schools in Hong Kong and mainland China, plus more than a decade of private tutoring from senior primary to university and working adults.
An avid reader in his spare time — one of his favourite books to recommend to teenagers is Tuesdays with Morrie.

An Astrophysics graduate from University College London (UCL) with a passion for astrochemistry and discovering planets beyond our Solar System.
He builds on students' fundamentals and promotes a mindset that "no question is a dumb question", letting each student learn at their own pace and gain confidence in critical thinking and problem solving.
