UK School Guide
UK School Rankings and A-Level Results
Families often start with a league table. This page puts the two numbers most parents ask about side by side: where the school sits in the Sunday Times Parent Power 2026 table, and the share of its A-level grades that were A* or A. Click a school name for fees, entry dates, boarding facts and sources.

How to read this table
- A lower rank number is better. The first rank column compares the school with every UK school in the table; the second compares it only with schools of its own kind (independent or state).
- Sunday Times Parent Power 2026 is based on the exam results of the year before. The A-level shares come from each school's own published results; schools publish them in different ways, so a dash means that school's profile does not give that figure.
- A ranking measures exam results. It does not tell you whether a school is right for your child, how it supports international pupils, or whether your child would pass its entrance assessment. Each profile gives the entry route and dates.
