Scholar Gateway Limited (“Scholar Gateway”, “we”) collects personal information — such as names, contact details, and academic information — solely to provide and administer our tutoring services, including registration, scheduling, invoicing and communication with students and parents.

We do not sell personal data. Information is shared only with the staff and tutors who need it to deliver lessons, and is retained only as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by law.

CCTV operates on our premises and lessons may be observed or recorded for safety and quality purposes, as set out in our Policies and Procedures.
